Richard cooked us a lovely Christmas Eve dinner. Stuffed Mushrooms, Asparagus and Bacon, Home made Scalloped Potatoes, Rolls, and Prime Rib. It was a wonderful meal. Any restaurant would have been proud to have served such a good meal.

I am so lucky to have such a good CHEF for a husband!

Jim has been wanting me to make a prime rib, was it hard. They are so expensive, I don't want to screw it up.
