Great Place for a Finish Line

Richard and I officiated at the Tour de Park City on Saturday. Richard started the first few groups of racers then left on his motorcycle to follow the riders on their 170 mile race from Park City to Evanston over the Mirror Lake highway thru Kamas and back to Park City. I got to start the last few groups and then go to the end of Brown's Canyon and score the finish of the junior race. They were to go 15 miles. I followed them until they were on the Brown's Canyon Road, then got around them to the finish. I had gone 14.9 miles when I saw this Buffalo and a buffalo calf, so decided that was the right spot for a finish line. I could watch the buffalo until the juniors finished their race.
