"TIMBER"

We have two apple trees in our backyard.  They have grown too big to spray the apples and one of them has some sort of a problem and the trunk is splitting.  We have been concerned that it would split and fall onto the house.  We finally gave in and borrowed a chain saw and took them down.
 

Bryton and Steven take a look in the bird's nest we found.

 One of the big limbs fell across the fence, we had to go over them, cut it into manageable pieces and toss them back into our yard.

   I created a planter box border with some of the stumps.

We rented a chipper and have plenty of bark chips to put around the yard.

   Almost cleaned up

  Now what to do with the BIG backyard?
